SANDHILL CRANES Along The Buffalo River

Sandhill Cranes arrived in Buffalo County, Wisconsin in late February and they can be found along the Chippewa River and the Buffalo River.

This pair along the Buffalo River was in a loud argument with a group of Canada Geese and then moved to a larger area on the Tell Lake portion of the Buffalo.
